At Norelle Melbourne, we believe your order should travel as little as possible before reaching you.

That’s why our fulfilment process is built around one simple principle: we fulfil locally first whenever stock is available.

If you’re in Australia, your order is primarily fulfilled from our Melbourne location.

If you’re in the United States, your order is primarily fulfilled from an available US fulfilment location close to your delivery destination.

This helps us keep delivery fast, reliable and straightforward.

Our fulfilment process

For more than 5 years, we’ve been processing and fulfilling customer orders, continually improving the way we get Norelle pieces from us to you.

Our primary fulfilment locations are:

🇦🇺 Australia — Melbourne
Australian orders are primarily processed and dispatched from Melbourne when local stock is available.

🇺🇸 United States — Local US Fulfilment
US orders are primarily assigned to an available fulfilment location within the United States, with the aim of shipping from a location close to your delivery destination whenever possible.

What if an item isn’t available locally?

Popular pieces can occasionally sell through at a local fulfilment location before our inventory has been replenished.

When that happens, we don’t want to automatically cancel your order or make you wait unnecessarily for a local restock.

As a fallback only, your order may be fulfilled through one of our international fulfilment partners, including our facility in China.

This is not our primary fulfilment route for Australian or US orders. It simply gives us another way to fulfil your order when local inventory isn’t available.

Wherever your parcel is dispatched from, it remains a Norelle Melbourne order handled through our fulfilment network.

When will my order arrive?

We know waiting for an order isn’t the fun part.

That’s why we aim for delivery within 1–3 business days whenever possible.

If local stock is unavailable or circumstances outside our control affect delivery, it may take a little longer. Our goal is to keep delivery to no more than 6 business days.

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
